I/O MTUs - SDe Series I/OMB610 (CI MTU)

Module Termination Units (MTUs) provide mounting and connectivity for SDe series control and I/O modules. The Evolution Mounting Chassis is a form, space-fit, functional replacement for a Harmony rack MMU. Mounting bases provide the host for SDe control and I/O modules when mounted in an evolution chassis or on a rail. The MB610 horizontal Module Base provides the mounting for a redundant pair of SCI200 Communication Interface modules. SCI200 modules are multipurpose Ethernet Interface modules that support multiple Ethernet protocols. The base connects the SCI200 communications interface module to the S+ Controller module over the HN800 I/O bus.

The MB610 base enables the SCI200 module to provide module redundancy for the communication interface.
