The SPC900ev2K02 is a REDUNDANT Symphony Plus Expanded Capacity, Enhanced Performance, Evolution controller kit that mounts in any slot in an HR MMU. It is the Form/Fit/Function replacement of REDUNDANT MFPxx and BRCxxx controllers. Controller features include; a quad-core ARM® Cortex® processor with 2 GB DRAM, modular high-density design, low energy consumption, flexible module power capability from +5 or +24 VDC, and an expanded operating temperature range (-40 to +70 °C).
The SPC900e controller is an ultra-high-performance process controller that supports all types of control requirements, including discrete, continuous, sequential, and advanced control applications. The controller is capable of executing control applications that are demanding in terms of both data and computations.
Each SPC900ev controller module has four (4) GBps Ethernet ports total. Two (2) RJ45 Ethernet ports, PN800A and PN800B, for connection to the PN800 Plant Network (located on the PBA812), one (1) Ethernet port EN 2A for connection to an optional SNTP network that provides precise time synchronization, and one (1) Ethernet port EN 2B for connection to MODBUS TCP networks. Both EN 2A & 2B ports are located on the module front plate.
SPC900ev1K02 is a REDUNDANT Symphony Plus SDev Series controller kit that includes: 2x (SPC900ev module, PBA812 Process Bus Adapter, SPC900e-LC-01 License Card) + 1x (SPK800-CW2 & SPK-HREM-RLH cables, TER810 enhanced bus terminators) + 3x TER800 bus terminators.
